Terms and conditions

These terms are a template for commissions by LYNK DIGITAL. They become a final text only after the company details are filled in and the text has been reviewed.

LYNK DIGITAL provides web design and logo design. Not included, unless a quote says so explicitly: social media, advertising, SEO as a service, email marketing, general graphic design, and full branding packages.

A form is an inquiry, not a commission. Prices are not listed on the site. A proposal describes scope, amount, and timing. Work starts only after that proposal is accepted.

We work in the steps introduction, concept, design, production, and handover. You give feedback within the period named in the proposal. Waiting on your side can move the schedule.

Until the agreed payment, designs and files remain with LYNK DIGITAL. After payment you receive the right of use described in the quote, for the logo or website of your business. We show a project as an example only if that was agreed.

This article must be aligned legally before the site goes live. The intent of the template: liability is limited to the amount of the commission, and indirect damage is excluded where the law allows it.
