LYNK DIGITAL is responsible for personal data sent through this website.

When you send a form, we store your name, company name if you entered one, email address, phone number if you entered one, the chosen service, and your answers about the project, budget, and timing.

We also store the time, a reference number, the form language, and a hash of the IP address to limit abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.

We use the data to read your inquiry, contact you, and make a proposal. We do not use it for newsletters and we do not sell it.

If email is configured, we send a confirmation to the address you entered and a notice to the studio. Without that configuration the inquiry stays in the database only.

Sending happens with your consent via the required checkbox, and so we can answer a question you asked.

The site runs with the host of lynkdigital.nl. Email goes to a provider only if the owner has configured one. There is no analytics tool and no advertising pixel on this site.

Access to inquiries is limited to the admin area, protected by a password. Forms are checked on the server.

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion. Use the contact form. Include your reference number if you have one. We reply to the email address on the inquiry, and also via [e-mailadres volgt] once a studio address exists.
